ATN OTT is a streaming service that allows its subscribers to watch live TV, many other live sports, a wide variety of drama’s, telefilms, TV shows, sports shows, travelling shows and a wide variety of original contents. With ATN OTT, you can enjoy unlimited viewing of our content. There's always something new to discover, and more contents are added every month!

ATN OTT Privacy Policy 

This is the Privacy Policy of (“atnott.com”). ATN OTT provides an online platform (the “OTT Service”) that allows LIVE and VOD content to offer their Live Sports, program and VOD to the viewer via websites and applications (sites and apps, an “OTT Channel”). In order to access the OTT Channel, a user (“you”) must create an account with the applicable Procedure. By creating an account, you agree to provide certain personal information to the channel and “atnbangla.tv”. When “atnbangla.tv” collects, stores and processes that information, it does so solely on behalf of the applicable channel and at its direction to, among other things, allow “atnott.com” to provide you with the applicable platform.

Acceptance: By using our service, including any live and VOD content, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to any updated Privacy Policy on a prospective basis.

1. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

1. Ongoing Subscription: Your ATN OTT subscription will continue month-to-month or according to your selected billing period until terminated. To use the service, you must have Internet access, a Bongo Ready Device, and provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment (“Payment Method”).
2. Free Trials and Promotional Offers:
3. Your subscription may begin with a free trial or promotional offer. Eligibility is determined by ATN OTT at its sole discretion, and we reserve the right to revoke an offer in the event we determine you are ineligible.
4. We may use device identifiers, geolocation, or account details linked to an existing subscription to verify eligibility.
5. Unless renewed or upgraded, free trials and promotional offers automatically expire at the end of the specified promotional period.
6. Billing Cycle & Taxes:
7. Billing: Subscription fees and any applicable taxes (such as VAT/supplementary duty) or transaction fees will be charged on a recurring basis to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid subscription.
8. VAT: As required by law, VAT (e.g., 15% where applicable) will be added to transactions based on your plan and local statutory requirements.
9. Payment Methods & Third-Party Processing: You can update your Payment Method via your Account Settings. If a payment fails due to expiration or insufficient funds, we may suspend your service until a valid Payment Method is charged. Payments via third-party platforms (e.g., Google Pay, Apple In-App Purchase, mobile operator billing) are subject to the pricing, currency conversions, and terms imposed by those processors.
10. Payment Gateway Specific Terms:

Google Pay: Subscriptions processed via Google Pay are subject to Google’s minimum transaction thresholds and pricing policies (charged in USD equivalent based on market exchange rates). If a payment via Google Pay fails, Bongo may immediately suspend or cancel the subscription without a grace period.
12. Mobile Wallet Rounding (bKash/Nagad): FWhen applying partial promotional discount coupons for payments made through local mobile financial services (e.g., bKash, Nagad), Bongo reserves the right to round subscription payments down to the nearest lower decimal. Applicable VAT/supplementary duty is not affected by coupon rounding.
13. Cancellation & Refunds:
14. You can cancel your ATN OTT subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of your paid billing period.
15. No Refunds: To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unwatched content.

2. MONITORING USER ACTIVITY 

We may, at our own discretion, monitor the user activity and communications that take place on our service, such as messaging or notes, in order to protect our users and monitor the workflow of our service. You do hereby confirm that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to any such communications or postings, and you expressly consent to such monitoring. 

We use all of the information from and about you to handle, maintain, operate and provide to you the features of the app and website services. We may use this collected information to communicate with you, such as to send you pop up messages, email messages, opt-in text messages, and push notifications. We may also send emails and messages related to our services such as account verification, payment confirmation messages, account update message, other important messages that may become necessary such as heads up for system upgrade or downtime in future for some reason. Since these messages are related to our important updates and services and warnings it’s possible that you may not opt-out of these messages.

You can request access to your personal information, or correct or update any inaccurate personal information we hold about you. When you visit the “Profile & Information” portion of our website, you have the ability to access and see a broad range of information about your account, including your contact information, your payment information, and various related information about your account (such as the content you have subscribed, viewed and rated). You must be signed in to access the “Account”.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY

8. HOW WE COLLECT & USE GEO LOCATION DATA

atnott.com collects your location information through your device GPS. We collect and use location data in real time to restrict/allow access to specific content due to territory restrictions set by International Cricket Council (ICC), English Premier League (EPL), Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and other authorities. As a content distributor, Rabbitholebd.com is required to collect location information and allow users access inside allowed territories only, as set by the mentioned authorities. However, atnott.com does not store any location information or your actual location; data is used in real time only.
